Meadow Buttercup Original Pressing

I harvest all the flowers that you see in my pieces from the land of friends and neighbors, which means I tend to know the stories behind each plant that I forage. This double meadow buttercup came from my neighbor's mother, back when they lived on a tiny farm. They moved, and then moved again, but the buttercup always came with. My neighbor moved out and found her own home, but she took a part of that buttercup for her own land. And now, I've taken a part of that buttercup for my own remembrance. This is a buttercup that has seen generations and carried the memories of a family, preserved as a pressed herbarium in an elegant golden frame. English cottage charm combined with the sunny cheerfulness of the buttercups gives this the air of eternal spring. Perfect for a study or dining room.
