The natural world is full of 3, 4, 5, and 6 pointed flowers. It's a quirk of biology, really and one can tell if a flower is a monocot or dicot from learning this piece of information. But I digress. The important part is that they look like stars, and I've always wanted to make a piece that capitalizes on that fact. Celestial Soiree is the result of that.

All flowers depicted were sourced within 50 miles of Madison, WI and designed in my studio.
