Shipping Policy

We offer a flat $6 fee for shipping under $75 and free shipping over $75 for our customers! If you are within the Madison area, you can waive the shipping fees by picking up from the studio or from a pop-up event. If so, please reach out to us so we can arrange a pick up time!

We aim to ship within 3-5 days after receiving your order and it often takes around 3-5 days to arrive by mail within the lower 48 states. Ship dates include Monday-Friday, barring holidays. You will be notified by email once your order has left the studio. If you require expediency, send us a message and we will see what we can do. We can offer one-day and overnight shipping services for a flat $16 fee, but those cover shipping time, not creation time.

We do ship internationally, however, we do not cover customs nor do we know how much they may incur on your end. It will be the customer's responsibility to cover those costs. It takes about a month for items to arrive overseas, so please budget your time accordingly.

All art will be packaged securely to prevent shifting and damage in transit. As our business is focused on reusing and saving what we can, reusable shipping materials will be used to cut down on waste and carbon emissions.
